Science Fair

A note from Mr. Schrankler: Just a reminder that the SAP Science Fair is coming up!  It takes place on Monday, March 25th.  Students in grades 3-5 have been working hard on their projects.  We hope to see a lot visitors during the evening session.  Students who complete projects at home will bring them to school the morning of March 25th(or sooner).  Students who complete projects at school or during EDL will already have them at school.  Students will share their projects with other students and evaluators during the day and families and friends are encouraged to come in the evening of Monday, March 25th from 6-7 PM.  Please let me know if you have any questions. (james.schrankler@spps.org)  Hope to see you at the Science Fair!

Literati Book Fair

Have you checked out the new Literati Book Fair yet? The book fair will be held during school conferences this year. It is also shoppable 24/7 online (until 3/29/24), and at school while conferences are in session. Please remember to stop into the school library to shop for your student, teacher, family and friends!

Kids can shop the book fair before school on March 21st, so feel free to send them with cash or a cashless gift card. Order gift cards HERE.

All purchases benefit the school - to shop online, visit: https://literati.com/store

Volunteering at the Book Fair is always fun! We are especially in need of volunteers on Tuesday March 26. Sign up HERE.

Help Restock the Teacher's Lounge for Conferences

Conferences begin this week, and this will mean long days for the teachers and staff. We would like to provide them some extra goodies in the teacher's lounge to help fuel them. There are about 65 staff members between the teachers, student teachers, and support teams. Like any big group there are allergies and dietary restrictions, so if you bring anything that is homemade please label if there are nuts or gluten or other high allergen ingredients.

Coffee pods and snacks that can be eaten on the go are very popular. Your donations are very much appreciated by the team!

Please sign up for items and bring them to the front office any time from tomorrow, March 21st, through Thursday, March 28th. Sign up HERE.
